Asset 360 was founded in Gisborne by highly skilled local property and project managers.
Whether you are a private home owner, small business owner or private developer our goals are to ensure your assets are maintained to a high standard and your projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget.
We have gained extensive experience managing a wide ranging portfolio of property that includes housing, community housing complexes, commercial offices, commercial facilities, municipal facilities, forestry and farmland whilst developing a wide range of knowledge and skills, gained both abroad and in New Zealand.
Our project experience ranges from small home renovations through to million dollar office fit-outs and the construction of new commercial properties.
